Return Policy Validity
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to accept the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Personalised or customised products (e.g., engraved or adjusted jewellery). These items may be eligible for return with a 25% return fee, as they cannot be resold in standard condition.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you may return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Smithwood London is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
